When you book a 2013 wedding reception,

The Lodge will provide you with complimentary chair covers
Your wedding reception is one of the most special days in your life. The memories of that day will be with you forever. Our staff is dedicated to fill it with the fondest memories that you will ever have. Unlike many hotels our onsite reception coordinator will be with you throughout your event. They will help you with your menu planning, place your party favors so you are not worrying about that on your wedding day, greet you when you arrive at your reception, and stay until your dinner is served.

For your wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, our special event planner is ready to assist you in creating your perfect event.

Setup:
The room rental includes round tables with white linen, chairs, head table skirted and clothed in white, cake table, gift table and dance floor provided. The Lodge provides the setup and clean up for your reception, we also provide complimentary centerpieces; tiled mirrors and tapered white candlesticks with crystal holders.

Deposits – Deposits may be required as good faith to secure your dates. The deposit will be credited to your final bill. Should you find it necessary to cancel arrangements your deposit will be forfeited. Seven months prior to your event, an additional deposit of $500.00 will be required. A damage deposit may be applicable for certain functions. If paying by check, 100% of final bill is due 10 days prior to event. If paying by cash or credit card, 100% of final bill is due 3 days prior to event.

Guarantees – Guarantees for the number of guests at your function are required 72 hours (not including holidays or weekends) prior to the function in order to properly prepare and order for your group. The Lodge will attempt to serve guests over the guarantee; however, the entree may be substituted. You will be charged for the guarantee; and in the event no guarantee is given, you will be billed for the original number of guests expected. Prices are subject to change until a completed contract with menu selection is confirmed.

Service Charge and Tax – An 18% service charge and state and a 7% city tax will be added to all functions. Additional set-up charges may be applied for elaborate or extensive set-up.

Security/Deliveries – Delivery and pick up of all special equipment brought into the facility and deliveries pre-assigned to storage in the facility are the sole responsibility of the engager. We will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any item left in the hotel or banquet rooms prior to or following your function.

Flowers – Our Catering Department will be pleased to help you select a reputable florist to decorate your tables.

Services – Other services provided to include audio visual, sound lighting, security, signage, coat check, decorations, special linen, and flowers are available at prevailing rate.

Cake Cutting Services- Our banquet staff will gladly cut and serve your wedding cake for a $50.00 fee. In addition, The Lodge will provide complimentary forks, plates and napkins for your cake and we will provide plates for mints and nuts at no additional charge. This service is available to you even if a member of your part cuts your wedding cake.
